Promuovere un modello organizzativo adattivo per le professioni legate all'etica dell'IA (Advancing an adaptive organisational model for the AI ethics professions).

Abstract

The doctoral project “Advancing an adaptive organisational model for the AI ethics professions” responds to PNRR’s aim to promote innovation and the adaptability of businesses to new market challenges. The accelerated development of artificial intelligence (AI) underscores the importance of consulting and advising to support organisations in implementing ethical processes and complying with evolving regulatory standards. The training of professionals capable of interpreting and managing these challenges is perfectly aligned with the need for highly qualified personnel, guaranteeing Italian businesses a competitive advantage in the European and international arenas and increasing their attractiveness to embrace the “nomadic” characteristics of the new generations of AI ethicists. The research develops an organisational approach to optimise how national businesses and regional territories engage in AI ethics across diverse contexts, while fostering the value and meaning for “doing” AI ethics consultancy-advisory [externally] and bolstering the value and meaning for “organising” AI ethics consultancy-advisory [internally].
